Terms & Cancellation Policy
Punta Mita Experiences offers private yacht charters, sport fishing, marine tours and land experiences departing from Punta de Mita, Riviera Nayarit. All experiences are exclusive and reservation-only, operated by professional, certified crews.
Reservations & Payment
- Online bookings are paid in full at checkout. Reservations arranged directly with our team by phone or WhatsApp may be confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the activity begins.
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe in Mexican pesos (MXN). Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- If your requested date is unavailable, we will offer the closest alternative date or time.
- Gratuity for the crew is voluntary; 15–20% is customary for exceptional service.

Weather Policy
Safety comes first. Our certified captains may cancel or modify any marine activity due to adverse weather, high winds or rough seas. Weather cancellations made by Punta Mita Experiences receive a full refund or free rescheduling — your choice, with no additional charges.
Guest Requirements & Safety
- Arrive at the designated departure point 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Guests must be comfortable in the water for snorkeling activities; life vests are provided on every vessel.
- Pregnant guests and guests with heart conditions should consult a physician before booking.
- Jet ski age limits: drivers 16+, passengers 10+. Other activities may have minimum age requirements.
- Excessive alcohol consumption before or during marine activities is not permitted; crew instructions must be followed at all times.
- Marine activities involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and sign a liability waiver before boarding. Punta Mita Experiences maintains marine insurance coverage; guests remain responsible for their personal property.
What's Included
Every experience includes a professional captain and crew, safety equipment and life jackets, and marine insurance coverage. Specific inclusions — snorkel gear, water toys, food and beverages — are listed on each experience's page.
