Where do your experiences depart from? +
All marine experiences depart privately from SUFI Pier & Marina in Punta de Mita — the closest departure point to the Punta Mita resorts and villas (Four Seasons, St. Regis, W and the private communities). Pickup from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is also available. Land tours include hotel or villa pickup.
How do I book and pay? +
Book online with instant confirmation — full payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe in Mexican pesos (MXN); Visa and Mastercard accepted.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure (100% refund). Cancellations made 12 hours before receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. If our captain cancels for weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
Are your tours private or shared? +
Private. Every charter and tour is exclusively for your group — your boat, your crew, your route and your schedule. We do not combine groups.
Can the same boat be used for fishing, snorkeling or a celebration? +
Yes — that's the point of a private charter. Fish in the morning and snorkel after lunch, or skip the rods entirely for a sunset cruise, bachelorette party or birthday. Tell your captain the plan and the crew adapts the day.
When is whale season in Punta Mita? +
Humpback whales visit Banderas Bay every year from roughly December through March. During those months, sightings are common on nearly any charter — no separate tour needed, though we can plan the route around them.
Can we visit the Marietas Islands Hidden Beach? +
Yes, with our Marietas Hidden Beach private tour. Access to Playa del Amor is limited by daily permits, so book ahead. Punta de Mita is the closest departure point in the entire bay — about a 20-minute crossing.
Are children welcome? +
Absolutely. Life vests are on board every vessel, our family boats are chosen for stability, and captains adjust the pace for kids. Jet skis have age limits: drivers 16+, passengers 10+.
What should we bring? +
Swimwear, towels are provided on most vessels, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a light cover-up. Snorkel gear, water toys, drinks and snacks are included per each experience's listing.
